Expenditure Allocation
70% of the total funds are designated for educational, sports, and health-related initiatives. 30% of the funds are reserved for social welfare, cultural events, and emergency relief. Expenditures above a specified threshold require prior approval from the executive board. Any loan procurement requires the approval of the general assembly.
Decision-Making and Governance
The executive board meets quarterly to discuss policy implementation and organizational activities. The general assembly convenes annually to review progress and approve key decisions. Special meetings may be called in cases of urgent matters requiring immediate resolution.
Membership Policies
